They put a lot of time researching our market and similar homes so when we decided on a selling price I felt confident we had the right price. They spent a lot of time explaining how the market works if you put a price that is too high what can happen and also if you price it to low what will happen. They put the work in ahead of time so when it came time to put our house on the market it sold quickly and just about what we were asking.
They used their knowledge hard work and time to sell my house quickly and I would surely use them again and highly recommend to family and friends.
